Q. What's the procedure?
A.1) You come in and fill out an appraisal sheet.
2) We look at your car.
3) We give you the best possible price.
4) If you accept it, we pay you on the spot.
5) The whole process takes 5-10 minutes.

Q. How will I get paid for my car?
A. FCFC will pay for your car with a bank check. No Cash is kept on the premises

Q. What if I owe more than my car is worth?
A. If you have a negative equity on your car FCFC Inc. accepts MC, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards to make up for the difference. Please don't feel bad, You're not alone This happens to a lot of people for example , they want to buy a house and they have to clear their credit. Or they lost their job; Relocating to a new state, or received a company car; etc.

Q. What if I owe less than my car is worth?
A. FCFC Inc. will cut you a bank check for the difference and we will deal directly with you financial institution. Then we will send a certified check to your bank to pay off your vehicle; and the bank will later send us the title to the car.

Q. Do I have to make a decision right then and there?
A. No, you can take some time and think about it with no commitment.

Q. How Long does the whole process take?
A. About 10 minutes.

Q. Are there any hidden fees to appraise my car?
A. No, this doesn't cost you a penny when we look at your car.

Q. Can I have a ride home?
A. Sure, when arranged in advance, usually a day before your appointment
